飲食是我們每天的重要大事，我從「吃菜」到「做菜」的這條路，曾經只是留學歲月中想念家鄉味而親手做菜的經歷，它像個隱藏版的興趣嗜好，蟄伏多年後整個被啟動。我在料理過程中感到快樂，對千變萬化的食材與料理方式，更是感到崇敬：「食物，是大自然的恩賜。烹調，是情感深刻的文化。而與人一起分享食物的快樂，是加倍幸福的美味」。"here we love, and, here we cook!"

Everyday we eat! My path from simply "eating" to actually "cooking" was once only my homesickness while studying abroad. For years it has been hidden and now it is unexpectedly rediscovered. I feel happy when I cook. I feel humble in front of ingredients. All these inspire me: (1) Mother nature do nurse us. (2) Cooking is both diversely cultural and deeply emotional. Moreover, (3) Food shared make it more delicious. "here we love, and, here we cook!"
